About me

As a physiotherapist, I help people improve their health through a combination of manual therapy, biomechanics and rehabilitation.

Since qualifying as a chartered physiotherapist in 2001, I've worked across private practices, London hospitals, and the professional tennis circuit.

I completed my MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at UCL in 2007, deepening my understanding of rehabilitation and correcting movement patterns.

I'm also qualified in acupuncture and as a Pilates instructor through Dance Medicine Australia, often incorporating these complementary approaches into client care.

I see many people who have developed symptoms over time that could have been avoided. I have put together a programme to help clients repair, restore movement and health and ensure their future health.
