I help women over 40 repair their health, rebuild their fitness and feel strong again — from wherever they are.

My approach brings together online personal training, nutrition coaching and over 25 years of physiotherapy expertise into one joined-up programme, delivered through a dedicated fitness app so you can work with me entirely from home, at a time that suits you.

I qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2001 and hold an MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy from UCL. That clinical background — built across private practice, London hospitals and the professional tennis circuit — is what underpins everything I do. I understand how the body works, how it falters, and crucially, how to rebuild it properly.

I bring a wide range of tools to my work — Pilates, nutrition coaching, and a background that includes acupuncture, which gives me a broad lens on how the body moves, recovers, and adapts.

This means your programme isn’t just about exercise. It’s about building sustainable habits, incorporating rest and breath-work, and creating a rhythm that actually fits your life.

I created my online coaching programme because I kept seeing the same patterns — capable, busy women who had quietly lost their fitness identity and weren’t sure how to get it back. Not because they lacked motivation, but because they hadn’t had the right support.

That’s what I’m here to change.
